DDA’s official GIS pages provide geo-referenced layout plans, land-use and planning-policy layers for preliminary screening. DDA’s Zone-L sector-wise pooled-land map page shows a page update dated 23 October 2026. The GIS and maps are planning/reference tools only: they do not establish title, revenue demarcation, final land-use approval, development rights, building sanction or parcel-level permission. The portal’s scheduled maintenance notice covered 21–24 October 2026, so users should recheck availability after the stated window.

GNCTD forwards notification for urbanisation of 48 villages

The GNCTD Urban Development Department has forwarded a notification under Section 507(a) of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957, declaring that specified areas in 48 villages will cease to form part of rural areas and form part of urban areas. The forwarding letter requests publication in Part IV of the Delhi Gazette (Extra Ordinary). Until Gazette publication is independently confirmed, treat this as a departmental notification forwarded for publication—not as proof of a changed land use, development approval, Land Pooling entitlement or parcel permission. Urbanisation may affect municipal and civic-planning treatment, but all site-specific planning, title, revenue, layout and statutory conditions remain separate.

DDA records existing Yamuna Riverfront and floodplain projects

DDA’s Yamuna Riverfront page records the river’s approximate 52 km Delhi length and lists existing/ongoing floodplain projects including Asita East, Kalindi Aviral, Kalindi Biodiversity Park, Asita West, Amrut Biodiversity Park, Ghat Area, Yamuna Vanasthali, Mayur Nature Park and related areas. This official DDA portfolio is separate from the newer reported Delhi Government proposal for a wider Sabarmati-style riverfront collaboration; it does not itself establish a new 52 km construction award or final riverfront scheme.

DDA announces temporary GIS-portal maintenance window

DDA’s public-notice page states that the GIS portal may be unavailable from 21 to 24 October 2026, between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM, for scheduled maintenance. Users should save any needed references and recheck the live portal after the maintenance window. This is an access notice, not a change to MPD-2047 land use, a road alignment or a parcel entitlement.

DDA extends Land Pooling expression-of-willingness window to 30 November 2026

DDA’s live Land Pooling notice list and portal currently state that the application window for expression of willingness for participation is extended for 105 villages under Land Pooling until 30 November 2026. This supersedes the earlier 31 August 2026 monitoring entry. The extension keeps the participation window open; it does not itself prove sector eligibility, 70% contiguous participation, a Town Planning Scheme, final RNP, EDC charges, title clearance or parcel-level development permission. Applicants should rely on the live DDA portal and current instructions before filing.

Same-day reporting that quotes a DDA statement describes a month-long village-level campaign for landowners and stakeholders, focused on development models, land assembly/Town Planning Schemes and infrastructure-first Road Network Plan communication. Treat this as outreach and implementation communication—not a new Gazette notification, enacted Delhi Development Act amendment, final/notified RNP, TPS approval, EDC charge, or parcel entitlement. NEW: DDA adds joint-reconciliation pooled-land maps for Zone P-II Sectors 2 and 3

DDA’s official Reference Maps page, updated 13 October 2026, now lists separate “Pooled Land as per Joint Reconciliation Exercise” maps for Zone P-II Sector 2 and Sector 3. These are useful parcel-screening and reconciliation references and should be read with revenue records, the applicable sector plan, road network, exclusions and current DDA directions. They do not by themselves prove final pooling, title, reconstitution, buildability, FAR, a Town Planning Scheme, development permission or approval. Sector 8B road and UER-III tender closes after deadline extension

The official CPPP record lists Tender ID 2026_DDA_927466_1 / Ref. 26/EE/NPD-6/DDA/2026-27 for construction of 30 m ROW road, 60 m ROW road and UER-III works in Sector 8B, Zone P-II. The work description specifies a single carriageway with storm-water drain for UER-III. The reported tender value is Rs.23,86,11,603 and the work period is 375 days. A corrigendum extended bid submission to 12 October 2026 and bid opening to 13 October 2026. The tender is now closed; no award or work order was located in the records checked. This remains a tender-stage signal, not a completed road, final alignment or parcel approval.

DDA's official MPD-2047 hub links the interactive GIS Land Use Plan. The public rollout reported on 29 September highlights location search, zoom, measurement and thematic planning layers, making the tool useful for preliminary land-use screening. The underlying planning position has not changed merely because access is now easier: the GIS is for referral and is not a title record, revenue demarcation, approved layout/site plan, change-of-land-use order, building sanction or parcel-level development approval.

DDA opens an MPD-2047 Feedback channel

DDA says citizens and stakeholders can submit suggestions and feedback through its Citizen Services portal after signing up; the option appears as ‘MPD-2047 (Feedback)’ in the menu and under ‘At Your Service’. This is a participation channel—not a new notification, amendment, statutory objection or appeal, parcel application, permission or assurance that a submission will be accepted. Keep the portal acknowledgement and use any specific statutory process separately when a DDA notice requires it.

The 20-page FAQ consolidates DDA's current explanations for Land Pooling, TOD, HDC and LDA. For HDC it confirms the 75% plot-overlap test, notified Road Network Plan requirement, OBPS/TOD Committee route and a 60-day target counted from a complete proposal. Max Estates announces an MPD-2047-linked 84.71-acre Delhi land acquisition

The listed developer proposes to acquire nine land-owning companies holding approximately 84.71 acres in Sector 3, Najafgarh through a non-cash share swap of up to Rs.420.2 crore. It estimates 4–6 million sq ft of development potential at FAR approximately 2.0 and GDV of Rs.10,000–12,000 crore. This is a major institutional market signal, but the figures are company estimates: acquisition completion, exact parcel eligibility, scheme treatment, land reconstitution, infrastructure, charges, layout and statutory approvals remain essential. It is not a DDA project or parcel approval.

The report says Delhi is considering a two-phase Yamuna riverfront from Palla to Wazirabad and from Wazirabad to Kalindi Kunj, with a proposed MoU/technical collaboration involving Sabarmati Riverfront Development Corporation Limited in Gujarat and consultants being engaged. This is a proposed, reported planning initiative—not evidence that a Gujarat company has received a construction contract. No final DPR, construction tender, contractor award or statutory clearance was located in the records checked.
